Happy Birthday 16th Street Mall
The 16th Street Mall turns 30 this month! The mall running 1.25 miles long from Union Station to Broadway is the number one tourist attraction in Denver. Over 300 stores, 50 restaurants, the mall shuttle and interesting street performers have always made this a fun attraction. Now that it’s turning the big 3-0, join the Downtown Denver Partnership, the Denver Business Improvement District, the City and County of Denver and RTD for a special ceremony. Tomorrow, October 9th from 11:30-12:15 there will be an event celebrating the mall. Stop by and join in the fun at Skyline Park on 16th and Arapahoe.

What a Great Opportunity
From time to time, a condominium building just gets a bum rap. For whatever reason, the market just perceives it as a inferior. It could be that the building launched at a bad time.
